Job Description As the Office Administrator; your role is to manage the marina office in a friendly: efficient and courteous manner: Responsibilities - Greet and assist walk-in customers - Answer phone, schedule boat rentals, assist with check-in when needed - Provide timely response to emails and voice messages - Use marina management software to update contacts, create invoices, accept payments and to track payments and inventory - Assist customers in marina - Order supplies and inventory when needed - Receive packages and log - Perform light cleaning of office and marina store - Compile end of the day revenue and reconciliation reports - Perform other business support duties as required Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel - Altention to detail and ability to multi-task are necessary

•Desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service Frequent and clear communication skills - Self-motivated, fast learner and capable of working independently and in a team environment - Must be trustworthy,reliable and dependable.
