Jewelry, Bikes, iPhones Among Items Being Auctioned Off By Suffolk County Police Department

The Suffolk County Police Department has scheduled a property auction for Wednesday, April 26, to take place at the agency's headquarters located in Yaphank.
As per the authorities, the inventory of the items that shall be available for acquisition includes jewelry, bicycles, tools, electronics, and landscaping equipment. Additionally, there are a few iPhones included in the selection.
According to a spokesperson from the department, all the objects were confiscated by the police in the course of criminal investigations. The items were obtained from suspects' residences or automobiles and were not collected again after their cases were concluded.
Individuals who are interested in obtaining an early glimpse of the product offerings are invited to attend a preview exhibition scheduled from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25.
Police said that in order to place a bid, individuals must be at least 18 years old. All items are being sold in their present condition and must be paid for with cash.
No matter the weather conditions, the auction will commence at the Suffolk County Police Department headquarters in Yaphank, specifically at 30 Yaphank Avenue, starting at 9 a.m.
