According to law enforcement officials, a man from Long Island was apprehended due to public urination, and during the arrest, guns and cocaine were also discovered.

The police apprehended a man from Long Island after noticing him urinating in a parking lot, and upon further inspection of his car, found a variety of guns and pockets containing what appeared to be cocaine.

Upon observing a man urinating in a parking lot and inspecting his vehicle, law enforcement discovered various items such as completely loaded "Ghost" firearms and what they suspect to be cocaine.

According to the Nassau County Police, Garden City Park was the location of an incident that took place around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13.

During their patrol, officers witnessed Charles Arbas, a 34-year-old male, relieving himself in the parking lot located at 2349 Jericho Turnpike.

After that, Arbas got into his 2010 Chevy Suburban and the officers came over to conduct an investigation.

According to reports, a comprehensive inquiry concluded with the retrieval of numerous items, which included:

  • Three cut straws with a powdery substance inside (believed to be cocaine);
  • Two fully-loaded “Ghost” handguns; and
  • Two plastic bags with white powder inside (believed to be cocaine).

Arbas was apprehended peacefully and faces accusations that include five instances of criminal possession of a controlled substance, six charges of criminal possession of a weapon, and disorderly conduct.

The arraignment of Arbas is slated for June 14, which will take place at the First District Court.
