31 Year old North Babylon Man Arrested After Fatal Car Accident Sunday Night in North Babylon
Police in Suffolk County arrested a 31-year-old North Babylon Man, after he allegedly crashed his car Sunday night resulting in the death of one passenger, and critically injuring a second passenger. David Valles, was operating his 1987 Mustang on Bay Shore road in North Babylon near Duke street, when the vehicle left the road, and stuck a utility pole.
John McHale, 67, of North Babylon a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene, and a female passenger, who has yet to be identified pending notification of next of kin was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip. Valles, was rushed to South Side Hospital in Bay Shore in stable condition.
Valles, of North Babylon, was arrested and charged with DWI.
