Bail has been established in the case involving child sex abuse.
On Wednesday, a federal judge imposed a $2.7 million bail for a Brentwood pastor accused of engaging in sexually explicit contact with over 30 minors.
The bail ruling for Jose Saez Jr, accused of endangering the community and being a flight risk due to alleged offenses, was promptly appealed by federal prosecutors.
During his arraignment on an eight-count indictment, Saez pleaded not guilty.
