Long Island businesses saw three employees charged with allegedly vending vape products to customers below 21 years of age.
Suffolk County Police reported that multiple Suffolk County businesses were subject to compliance checks on May 9, during which all three employees were apprehended.
Investigators reported that workers at the subsequent stores were caught selling e-nicotine products to underage individuals among the five businesses that were inspected.
The three suspects have been accused of engaging in illegal conduct with a minor. Afterward, they were granted field appearance tickets and set free.
