An alert has been issued for a missing teenager from Shirley. Have you spotted him?

Authorities are asking for help from the public in finding a teenager from Long Island who has gone missing.

Authorities stated that Benjamin Allen Jones, who is 16 years old, was last witnessed departing from his abode on Floyd Road in Shirley on Saturday, April 1.

He did not make it back home and was declared missing on Monday, April 3.

Jones is characterized as being around 5 feet and 8 inches tall, and weighing 110 pounds, possessing curly brown hair and hazel eyes.

The garment he had on when he was last spotted included a gray Nike sweatshirt and dark-colored pants.
