Urgent foster needed

Guys, PLEASE help me help Moon and Potter. They're living on the streets of Mastic, unmanaged, not neutered ECT. I can't help them if nobody can step in. I have no space. I need an adopter or rescue or Foster to agree to help. Moon and Potter are very sweet, from what I've seen not bonded. They can go separate. Before something happens to these two 2-year-old boys, can anyone help? I don't want them getting hit by a car or taken for dog bait. Help me help them.
