The presence of a child didn't deter a man from allegedly threatening someone with a boxcutter, resulting in a menacing charge for the Long Island resident.
On Sunday, April 24th, an occurrence happened in Southampton located in Suffolk County.
Sgt Jason Davin from the Southampton Police reported that Darwin Lopez Funes, a 25-year-old resident of Flanders, was arrested for putting a child in harm's way and for threatening someone with a boxcutter while the child was present.
After being arrested, Lopez Funes was taken to Southampton Police headquarters to be processed and was detained for morning arraignment.
