19-year-old Mastic Man Arrested for August Home Burglary in Mastic Beach

Suffolk County Police arrested a 19–year-old Mastic Beach man, for allegedly burglarizing a home in August and forcibly touching a female resident while she slept. Davion Commodore 19, or Mastic Beach, was arrested Thursday September 5, for entering a home on August 26 on Whittier Drive in Mastic Beach, where he allegedly touched the female resident while she was sleeping. The female victim woke up, and Commodore fled the house. 

Following an investigation by Suffolk County Second Precinct Detectives, Commodore has been charged with Burglary 2nd Degree. He was held overnight at the First County District Court in Central Islip, and had a scheduled court date of Friday, September 6.
