Father in Lindenhurst Sentenced for Sexually Abusing his Young Daughters

The 42 year old Lindenhurst man whose identity is withheld to protect the victims received 130 year prison sentence in Suffolk county court on Monday, December 18.

His sentence occurred several months after a jury found him guilty of multiple sex crimes in September 2023.

Prosecutors revealed that the man entered has 8 year old daughters Bedroom sexually abusing using her in early 2016. Substantially, quietly instructed her to clean herself up and observed as she showered.

The girl maintained silence about the abuse in 2021, At which point she disclosed the incidence to the mother, revealing the disturbing details of what happened.

Surely there after, the couples older daughter bravely disclosed to prosecutors that her father had raped her when she was 12 years old.

The older girl we counted to the police that her father had awaken by committing sex acts against her. Once she was awake, he proceeded to have sexual intercourse with her, causing significant pain.

Upon the child's reaction to the significant pain, the main allegedly informed her that she had wet her bed and instructed her to clean herself up.

The girls mother reported the abuse to Suffolk County Police, leading to the arrest of the defendant.

Prosecutors revealed that the man later sent a letter to the victims mother,expressing apologies for his actions.

On friday, September 8, A Suffolk county jury rendered the man guilty on the following charges:

1st ° rape Which is a felony

Criminal sex act also a felony

2 count of sexual abuse Which is a felony

Criminal contempt which is a misdemeanor

In addition to The prison sentence, The man is man-dated by court to   Underground 20 years of parole And he is required to Register as a sex offender.
