2 men Killed in Central Islip Car Accident Monday night
Two men were killed in Central Islip Monday night following a 2 car accident on Williams avenue, when a 2002 Honda Accord driving Eastbound on Suffolk Avenue, tried to make a left onto Williams avenue, and collided with a 2009 Lexus Sedan around 11 pm. The driver and passenger of the Honda Accord were administered CPR on scene, and taken to South Side Hospital in Bay Shore where they were pronounced dead.
The 19-year-old driver of the Lexus stayed at the scene, and hasn't been charged. His name is being withheld.
Both vehicles were seized and impounded for safety checks, and an investigation is ongoing.
