Dirty Taco & Tequila announces opening months for new Smithtown and Port Washington locations

Soon to open in Smithtown's former Green Turtle site is Dirty Taco & Tequila. This family-run eatery is famed for its scrumptious tacos.

The company's biggest location is set to open in late May as per a recent announcement on Facebook. Additionally, Dirty Taco & Tequila intends to open another branch at the Manhasset Bay Marina in Port Washington, just a month after launching in Smithtown.

According to the announcement on Facebook, we have put in a lot of effort to improve our Dirty Taco menu. We have blended our distinctive dirty flavors with modern Mexican/Asian concepts for our street food and tacos. Furthermore, we will continue to serve our renowned Bored and Dirty Beer and Signature Dirty Margaritas as the perfect drink to accompany our menu.

Cataldo Jr. came up with the idea for the family-owned restaurant. While studying in Arizona, he frequently visited Los Angeles and developed a strong passion for tacos.

Dirty Tacos were subsequently opened in Wantagh, Rockville Centre, Woodbury and Patchogue by Cataldo Jr. and his family.
