Man Shot to Death in Central Islip Late Saturday Night

Suffolk County Homicide Squad Detectives are investigating the death of a man in Central Islip late Saturday night. Responding to a call of shots fired, police located a male victim sitting in his car in the driveway at 10 Anne Drive, suffering from multiple gun shots.

The victim who was shot by a passenger in the vehicle, was transported to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore where he was pronounced dead. The suspect who is believed to be known to the victim, fled the scene on foot.
