Man Found Dead in Central Islip Tuesday Morning
Homicide Squad Detectives in Suffolk County are investigating the death of a man found in Central Islip Tuesday afternoon.
An adult male was found deceased in a tent-like enclosure on the Southside of Suffolk Avenue near Carleton Avenue at approximately 12:30 p.m. The preliminary investigation and exam were inconclusive regarding the cause of death.
The cause of death of the man, who has yet to be identified, will be determined by an autopsy done by the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
