Long Island Woman Seriously Injured in Rollover Crash, Police SayI’m

BRENTWOOD, NY — A Long Island woman was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after a violent rollover crash late Sunday night, according to Suffolk County Police.

The crash happened around 10:50 p.m. on Timberline Drive, when the driver—identified as 36-year-old Jaclyn Kordulak of Mastic—was behind the wheel of a 2021 Infiniti Q50 traveling northbound. For unknown reasons, Kordulak’s vehicle struck a parked SUV, flipped, and then collided with a second parked vehicle before finally coming to rest.

Emergency responders from the Brentwood Fire Department arrived quickly and worked to extricate Kordulak from the overturned vehicle. She was transported by ambulance to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, where she was listed in critical but stable condition as of Monday morning.

No one else was inside the Infiniti, and both of the other vehicles involved were unoccupied at the time of the crash.

Police said the Infiniti was impounded for a full safety inspection as part of the ongoing investigation. Detectives are working to determine what caused the crash and whether speed, distraction, or mechanical failure may have played a role.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call the Suffolk County Police Third Squad at 631-854-8352.

The crash marks yet another serious accident on residential Long Island roads, where police continue to stress the importance of cautious driving and situational awareness—especially at night.
