The Riverhead Police are currently looking for a teenager who has gone missing from Timothy Hill Children's Ranch.

The Riverhead Police Department is requesting the assistance of the community in finding 18-year-old Travis Gittens, who resides at Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch located at 296 Middle Road in Riverhead.

According to the police, Gittens is a male of Black ethnicity, with a height of 5′-11″ and a weight of 145 pounds. He has a light complexion, short black hair, and is diabetic. Police stated that he was last observed sporting a gray sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and green shoes similar to crocs.

It has been reported by the police department that Gittens departed from the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch on Saturday, June 3 at around 10:50 a.m. without proper authorization. It is unclear how he departed from the premises and where his current location is, though it has been noted that he has a tendency to frequent the Nassau County vicinity.

According to the police, there is no suspicion of any wrongdoing.
