An alert has been issued by authorities for a Long Island teenager who is missing and might require medical attention.
According to an alert issued by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Maurice Hannah, a 13-year-old child with autism from Farmingdale, was last seen on Sunday, April 16 at 11 p.m.
According to the alert, Hannah might require medical assistance and was last seen on Secatogue Avenue before going missing.
Hannah, with black hair and brown eyes, is characterized as a male of Black ethnicity who is approximately five feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds.
The last attire the boy was spotted in consisted of black jeans, a black sweatshirt, black cap, and grey and green sneakers.
People are being encouraged to contact the Nassau County Police Department either through 911 or (516) 573-7347 if they have any information regarding Hannah's whereabouts.
