An investigation by police is underway regarding a shooting that transpired during a road-rage situation at a crowded intersection at Long Island.
On Thursday, June 8 in Deer Park, a man driving towards the intersection of Commack Road and Marcus Boulevard was shot by what seems to be a BB gun or gel pellets from a black Hyundai, just before 11 a.m., as per the Suffolk County Police.
The person in question got out of the car to challenge the group, at which point a male driver emerged from the vehicle and aimed a black firearm at them. The driver fired at the car's passenger tires, resulting in them losing air and becoming flat.
The victim escaped the vicinity and informed the authorities. He did not require any medical aid.
