Missing cat in Coram

LOST CAT - Jack
Went missing about 9:30pm Tuesday 2/14/2023 on Mill Road, Coram - just South of Teller Ave near the new home construction.
Very sweet & easily scared medium/large neutered male ear-tipped indoor-only cat (formerly feral). Has a minor neuro issue causing him to be slightly stumbly sometimes, but he can walk, run, and climb.
He loves getting pets (though he may be too scared to approach), but cannot pick him up.
Likes canned food more than treats (even temptations).
If anyone in the area has a trap, that would be the best way to catch him.
*** already put items out to attract him, and set up camera.
