Holtsville Man Arrested Wednesday for Robbing Women at Knifepoint
Suffolk County Police, arrested a Holtsville man Wednesday after he allegedly robbed a woman in Selden Tuesday night.
Mitchell Taylor, allegedly entered the building located at 533 College Road in Selden with a knife, and approached a 29=year-old woman. He demanded her wallet, and jacket, at approximately 8:40 p.m. The woman complied with the demands, and the man fled the scene. The woman was not injured.
Following an investigation, Sixth Squad Detectives identified the suspect, as, Mitchell Taylor, 32, of Holtville. He was arrested at his residence in Holtsville, and charged with Robbery 1st Degree. He was held overnight at the Sixth Precinct, and was scheduled to be arranged at First District Court in Central Islip on March 4.
